Whether you’re renovating a powder room, or planning to build a new primary suite, we will help you design a space that you love. We will stay within any parameters that you set to maximize the impact of your budget.

1.
Pre-consultation

Complete a questionnaire, provide as-is measurements, share current photos (if applicable), and inspiration photos.

2.
Initial consultation

Meet with the designer to discuss the existing space, budget, goals, who the space is for (powder, primary, child, guest).

3.
Progress meetings

Designer shares ideas and options for client feedback. Depending on the size of the project, up to three meetings may be required.

4.
Final presentation

Designer walks the client through the final layout and selections. All defined deliverables are provided.

Elevations + 3D rendering

Layout of cabinets, plumbing, and fixtures that you can take directly to your contractors.

Selections

List of chosen plumbing fixtures, tile, vanity, countertop material, lighting, hardware, paint color(s) and/or wallpaper.
